Research Technician
We are seeking a highly motivated individual for a Research Technician position to join our lab operations team!
Previous research technicians have gone on to prestigious graduate programs (Harvard Medical School, Yale University, The Scripps Research Institute, Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, Albert Einstein College of Medicine) and to biotech companies.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on an independent research project with mentoring and supervision by a senior member of the laboratory. The candidate will also join our lab operations team and spend about 40% of their time working on organization, logistics, and planning. Dr. Chandran will provide overall supervision.
Qualifications
The position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in a related science, or equivalent skills and related experience, and zero to two years of related experience. We are seeking a minimum commitment of two years.
